RAW BELIEVER came to life in 2004. The first recordings were made at a small apartment in Brooklyn. Barbara Gogan and Julia Brightly combined forces with Robert O. Leaver otherwise known as Robbie Leaver. Leaver, the front man, tricked them into naming the band after himself. Raw Believer felt right. The three members had all been rubbed a little raw over time. But they still believed!
